By using our services, signing a Membership Agreement, or communicating with us via phone, email, or text message, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Ranch Office

Ranch Office operates coworking office spaces in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. We provide shared workspace, private offices, meeting rooms, and related services to our members under individual Membership Agreements. These Terms supplement your Membership Agreement and apply to all members, prospective members, and visitors.

2. Membership

Access to Ranch Office spaces and services requires an active Membership Agreement. The specific terms of your membership — including fees, workspace type, and included services — are detailed in your Membership Agreement and Membership Details Form. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement shall prevail.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

3.1 Message Content

Text messages from Ranch Office are limited to operational and service-related communications, including but not limited to:

• Maintenance request acknowledgments and status updates
• Contractor scheduling notifications
• Facility and service inquiries and responses
• Urgent operational notices affecting your workspace

Examples:

• "Thanks for notifying us about the broken A/C. Our team is on it!"
• "Hi John, a contractor is on the way to replace your HVAC filter."

3.2 Consent

By signing your Ranch Office Membership Agreement — which includes language informing you that text communication is an option for handling requests — and by providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text messages from Ranch Office related to your membership and workspace. By texting our number, you further consent to receiving text responses from our team regarding your request.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. You will only receive texts in direct response to maintenance requests or inquiries you initiate, or for urgent operational matters. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

3.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

3.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of text message communications at any time:

Opting out of text messages does not affect other forms of communication (email, phone, in-person) or your membership status.

You agree to use Ranch Office spaces, services, and communications in accordance with your Membership Agreement, Ranch Rules, and all applicable laws. You will not use our services for any illegal, offensive, or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All Ranch Office names, logos, trademarks, and branding are the property of Texas Ranch Office, Inc. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ranch Office's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total membership fees you have paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Ranch Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Houston, TX in accordance with JAMS rules, as detailed in your Membership Agreement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
